Sounds like a whistle. Opened the hood, didnt seen anything. Noticed the sound was loudest when I put my ear down in front of the grill by the subaru emblem on the front of the car. I removed the spare tire accessories under the trunk cover and it resolved the problem. Now at 380 miles and the squeaking noise is almost gone over the same bumps. I did remove spare tire/tools right after my initial post but it did not help.
