Lack of movement, poor pay, lack of training specific to the job. Long hours and expected to work some weekends. Culture is terrible in finance area. Everyone is doing their thing but there is no real connection or support. This area is good at their job but lacks people skills, leadership guidance and it makes sense.
PNC leadership is supportive generally, but that can change depending on the team. There are complaints about pay, but I don’t find the pay poor unless you’re in the bottom 25% of the target range for your role. Benefits are great. 4% match, 20 days PTO, and a pension plan.
