Li gunfire reborn build.
I think you make some good points here, a cd increase is probably an easy fix, but a 100% increase is quite heavy-handed unless we have data to support it. I think the change would be fine, but I also think this game is too easy at this point in my skill growth, so I am probably in the minority in quite a few of my opinions for that reason.
My personal favorite is Li (fox) with tons of Spiritual Flame upgrades and a Miasma gemini build. More specifically: If on Reincarnation, pick Raging Inferno first (guaranteed early-game reliability) and Ultimate Gambler second (more chances at good ascensions). Third blessing is up to personal preference. Lei with gradual, strike wing/ksana (highest crit weapons) and Gemini for crit is the way to go for a sniper build. His mob killing abilities with his goblet and skills is OP but when it comes to bosses chain lightening is shit. You need a high damage weapon in order to make it past stage 3 and 4 bosses in my opinion. 2.Close range build using shotguns/rockets. Low rpm weapons running secondary spam skill build with 5 free shots on kill/essence chain. Next to no survivability close range. If you spam your secondary you barely use your weapon (free shots become useless).
