I noticed it will not pick up rounds out of any magazines but the magpul mag that came with it, is this a common issue? Also my cousin has the gen 1 7.5” barrel pistol version and it has the ks47 hybrid bcg, and it will pick up rounds out of mags that mine will not.Its light its tight its modular, and its in 7.62x39 that is still vaguely available and doesn’t cost 2 bucks a bullet like 5.56x45 does right now in 2021. Its a KS47 lower with a Gibbs arms side charging upper, an aero precision barrel and a Rock River Bolt carrier group. Really wish they’d get around to the KS-74 they promised us 3 years ago.

I decided to copy a mod I saw someone do on a Gen 1 Ks47. Drill and tap holes for two socket head cap screws to go through the sides of receiver. Then mill a small amount off the bottom side of those bolts until the mag was a tight fit. The Ks47 Gen2 resolves this by adding material to the inside of the upper. BCM Gunfighter in mine. We can only guarantee fit and function of our charging handles, however the charging handle we use is the same as our AR-15 products. So any mil spec charging handle should work.
