Criteria for handing out allocations is based on each individual dealership, NOT pcna. The European delivery program is a pain in the ass for most dealers because they pay the Euro delivery fee of three grand, put up your VAT which could be 30 to 60K for these cars, and all they get out of it is another allocation and it's not necessarily going ...
