But the whole problem is that there can be no answer to this very question since the game has a very impressive and diverse arsenal of weapons, due to which everyone will find something optimal for himself and herself. Elex 2 is a bit different. I feel ranged energy weapons are severely nerfed. Shotguns however are fantastic and bows are really good too. The bowstring draw mechanic is nice. Them getting rid of various ammo types for ranged weapons, however, sucks. If you want to be OP, become a Berserker and get Fire Rain up to lvl 5.
