They are a soul, a ghost, a phantom! They can easily walk through walls, change their appearance like the Puppet does. Because they aren’t physical. As you can see even the name points to them being real. They’re not called hallucinations, they’re phantoms. Ok that last part wasn’t evidence just something to note.
